This project, coordinated by Sakarya University, aims to develop inclusive methods needed by youth workers from diverse backgrounds when working with disadvantaged groups, people with disabilities, and migrants. The project, which will be carried out in partnership with Hungary (Debrecen Youth), Cyprus (NECI), and Romania (Young Skill Development Team), will enhance the crisis management and resilience skills of youth workers. The project has been awarded a grant of €38,286.
